Explanation of Ability Haste Versus Cooldown Reduction
Ability Haste measures extra damage you can do while constantly using the ability when it is off-cooldown. For example if you have 30% ability haste, you can do 30% more damage.
Cooldown Reduction measures the total cooldown an ability has. For example if you have a cooldown of 10 seconds, and you have a cooldown reduction of 20%, then you can use the ability every 8 seconds.
